Brandarisrace 2025 - Zeven Wouden

Experience the legendary Brandarisrace - a sailing regatta from Harlingen to the Island of Terschelling for traditional sailing vessels - and be part of the crew that sails the Zeven Wouden. Your hard work will be rewarded with excellent meals!

Also in 2025, the Zeven Wouden sails the legendary Brandaris Race again, with which sailing is just as important as winning! Start is on Saturday morning in Harlingen. Finish will be on Terschelling on Saturday afternoon. All participants (approx. 75) are gathered there on Saturday evening in the port of West-Terschelling.

During this sailing weekend, hostess and skipper Janine knows how to combine hard sailing - which is also very accessible for guests without sailing experience - with delicious meals and fun on board.

Because standing at the helm and in the kitchen is not always easy to combine, she sometimes needs help from guests when preparing or tidying up meals.

Guests with food allergies should let us know their dietary requirements when booking. On a ship it is not always possible to take into account complex dietary requirements.
